What we collect from you

• Order details — your email address and the list configuration you chose, kept to fulfill and support your order.
• Payment — handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers.
• Dedupe uploads — if you upload a CSV of existing contacts, it is used once, only to exclude those businesses from your order, and deleted automatically when the order completes. It is never resold, shared, or used for any other customer.

What's in the lists we deliver

Delivered files contain publicly listed business contact information (business name, business email, phone, address, website, review metrics). We do not compile or sell consumer profiles or personal data about private individuals.

Retention

• Dedupe uploads: deleted at order completion (30-day hard limit as a failsafe).
• Delivered CSVs: available for re-download for 30 days, then deleted.
• Order records (configuration, status, delivery counts): kept for accounting and support.

Analytics

We count visits and measure where people drop off in our own order form, using our own servers — no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, and no cookies. Each visit gets a random identifier that lives only for that browser tab session, used to group the steps of one visit; it is not linked to you, and it disappears when you close the tab. We also record the referring website's domain and the country your request came from, in aggregate.

Emails we send

Transactional only: order confirmation, delivery, and issues with your order. No marketing lists.

Third parties we rely on

Cloudflare (hosting, file storage and transactional email), PayPal (payments), and our data-processing infrastructure. Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.

Removal requests

If you are a business owner and want your listing excluded from future LeadProof deliveries, email support@leadproof.co and we will add you to our permanent exclusion list.
