Public business listings on Google Maps, sourced live at order time - not a database that's been aging for eighteen months. Emails come from each business's own website, then get verified.
Each address is checked against the receiving mail server (SMTP-level verification) at build time. Only addresses that verify as deliverable make your file - role-address junk, web-vendor addresses and dead mailboxes are filtered out.
If a niche and location combination runs thin, the undelivered lead value is refunded pro-rata, automatically. You only ever pay for delivered, verified leads. Coverage is deepest in markets where small businesses keep websites - if you're targeting somewhere unusual, start with a 100-lead order to see the yield before scaling up.
Every order passes a quick human review (an anti-abuse step), then the build itself typically takes minutes. Most orders land within the hour, worst case a few hours.
How many businesses were screened, how many failed the review-count bar, how many emails failed verification, and how many were excluded as duplicates of your CRM export. You see exactly what your money bought.
The file contains public business contact information. You're responsible for using it in compliance with the laws that apply to your outreach and your market (for example CAN-SPAM in the U.S., GDPR/PECR in Europe, or local rules elsewhere: identify yourself, honor opt-outs). We never sell personal consumer data.
It's used once, only to exclude businesses you already have, then deleted as soon as your order completes. It is never resold, shared, or used for any other customer.
