Who runs LeadProof
Most sites selling business data will not tell you who is behind them. This one will, because in this category that is the question a careful buyer asks first and almost never gets answered.
The short answer
LeadProof is built and operated by Aniam Ben Or, an independent automation engineer based in Israel. It is not a venture-backed startup, not a reseller of someone else's database, and not a front for a larger data broker. It is one engineer, the fulfillment engine he wrote, and a person who reviews every order before it runs.
Every order is invoiced with a real tax invoice, issued when your file is delivered rather than when you pay — because the amount you actually keep is only final once any shortfall has been settled. That document carries the same name as this page, which is a large part of why hiding the name here would have been pointless as well as cowardly.
From orchestrating music to orchestrating AI
Aniam Ben Or built musical instruments before he built automation. His first degree is a B.Ed.Mus. from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
Somewhere in there he worked out that he would rather build the systems than play them, and in 2024 he started doing automation seriously. Since then he has built and run production automation across fintech, M&A, real estate, healthcare and education: lead generation, CRM pipelines, WhatsApp assistants and reporting. The unglamorous machinery that runs every day without anyone watching it.
LeadProof came out of that work. The engine behind it is the same kind he builds for companies directly: source live, verify every address, dedupe against what the client already has, and deliver it where their team actually works.
Why a name is on this page at all
Business-data sites are a category with a genuine trust problem, and buyers are right to be suspicious. The standard defences — a stock photo team page, a fabricated customer count, logos of companies that never bought anything — are available to anyone, which is exactly why they prove nothing. The comparison table on our home page names no competitors for the same reason.
What is not freely available is accountability. A named operator can be looked up, written to, and held to what this site says. That is worth more than an invented head count, and it is the only trust signal here that cannot be copied by the next store that appears.
What a one-person operation means for your order, practically
- Fulfillment is automated, review is not
- The engine sources listings, finds and verifies addresses, applies your review bar and removes anything matching the CRM export you uploaded. A person looks at the result before your file is released. That is why most orders land within the hour rather than instantly.
- Support reaches the person who built it
- There is no tier-one queue and no account manager. Mail to support@leadproof.co is read and answered within one business day, and every reply is approved by a person before it is sent. The working week here runs Sunday to Thursday, so a message sent on a Friday is usually answered on Sunday.
- No sales call to buy a list
- There is nobody whose job is to talk you into a larger order. The methodology pages exist so you can check how a list is built without speaking to anyone, and the smallest order is deliberately small enough to test us with rather than commit to us with. A call only happens if you ask for the done-for-you service below.
- The limits are published, not discovered
- A small operation cannot afford a reputation for surprises. Everything measured about where the engine performs badly is written down on the methodology and quality pages, including a bug of ours that reached a customer file.
What you can hold us to
The quality policy is the binding version, and it is short on purpose: only verified-deliverable addresses ship, you are charged only for what was delivered, a bad row is replaced or refunded for fourteen days at your choosing, and your uploaded CRM export is deleted once the order completes.
Those are commitments enforced in the code that fulfils your order, not positions taken in a sales conversation. Where something depends on a human instead, this site says so plainly rather than implying an automated guarantee that does not exist.
What we still do not claim
- A LeadProof list says a business exists, is reachable, and matches your filters. It does not say the business is shopping, hiring, or dissatisfied with its current supplier. We sell no intent signal and no technographic data, and any page implying otherwise is wrong. Observed 2026-08-02.
- Every run recorded above is US. Orders outside the US are accepted and the engine is not US-specific, but we have no measured fill rate for them yet, and we will say so rather than imply otherwise. In markets where small businesses commonly have no website, expect a lower fill rate and set the review bar lower. Observed 2026-07-27.
Want it done for you?
Buying a list needs no call. If you would rather not run it yourself, Aniam Ben Or also runs lead generation as a service: lists built on a schedule, deduped against your CRM, loaded straight in and assigned to the right rep, so your team just works the queue. Leave your details and you will get an email straight away to set up a call.
Got it, thanks.

Questions
- Who is behind LeadProof?
- Aniam Ben Or, an independent automation engineer based in Israel. He wrote the fulfillment engine, runs the operation, and reads the support inbox.
- Is there a real business behind the site?
- Yes. Orders are invoiced with a proper tax invoice issued at delivery, not a payment-processor receipt, and the invoice carries the operator's name.
- Can I get someone on a call before I order?
- For a self-serve list you should not need one: there is no sales team, and support@leadproof.co gives a straight answer within one business day, including that we are the wrong fit if we are. If you want lists run for you and loaded into your CRM, use the form on this page and Aniam Ben Or will set up a call himself.
- Does one person running it mean my order is slower?
- No. The build itself is automated and usually takes minutes; the human step is a review of the result before your file is released. Most orders land within the hour.
