Who "we" is

LeadProof is operated by Aniam Ben Or, an independent automation engineer based in Israel, who is responsible for the data described in this policy. Questions, access requests and removal requests go to support@leadproof.co and are answered within one business day. More on who runs LeadProof.

What we collect from you

  • Order details - your email address and the list configuration you chose, kept to fulfill and support your order.
  • Payment - handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers.
  • Dedupe uploads - if you upload a CSV of existing contacts, it is used once, only to exclude those businesses from your order, count rows, validate usable columns and price any dedupe processing. It is deleted automatically when the order completes and is never resold, shared, or used for any other customer.
  • Consultation and request forms - if you ask us to book a call, or send us a request from the form at the bottom of the home page, we keep the name, work email, company and website you type in, anything you write in the message box, and the list settings you had on screen at the time so we can talk about your actual use case. We email you once, straight away, to arrange a time, and after that only to answer you. It is never sold, never added to a list we deliver to anyone, never used to advertise to you, and you are not subscribed to anything. Ask us at support@leadproof.co and we delete it.

What's in the lists we deliver

Delivered files contain publicly listed business contact information (business name, business email, phone, address, website, review metrics). We do not compile or sell consumer profiles or personal data about private individuals.

Retention

  • Dedupe uploads: deleted at order completion (30-day hard limit as a failsafe).
  • Delivered CSVs: available for re-download for 30 days, then deleted.
  • Order records (configuration, status, delivery counts): kept for accounting and support.

Analytics

We count visits and measure where people drop off in our own order form, using our own servers. Each visit gets a random identifier that lives only for that browser tab session, used to group the steps of one visit; it is not linked to you, and it disappears when you close the tab. We also record the referring website's domain and the country your request came from, in aggregate.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is actually used: it records page interactions - mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages you view - and turns them into session replays and aggregate heatmaps, so we can find and fix the confusing parts of the order form. Clarity sets cookies in your browser to recognise a session, and the recording is processed and stored by Microsoft, which may combine it with its own data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Two deliberate limits on it. The email address you type into the order form is masked in our own markup, so it is never captured in a recording. And your order status page and download link - the pages reached through the private link we email you - are excluded from recording entirely, because that link is what grants access to your files. Clarity is blocked by any standard content blocker, and the site works normally either way; you can also opt out of Clarity across all sites at choice.microsoft.com.

Advertising

We advertise LeadProof on Google. To see which ads lead to orders, our pages load Google's advertising tag, which sets a cookie in your browser and reports back to Google that a visit, an order, or a consultation request happened. Google may use this to measure our ads and to show you LeadProof ads elsewhere. We do not send Google your name, email address, company, message, order contents, or any file you upload - only the fact that one of those three things occurred. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com, and block the cookie outright with any standard content blocker - the site works normally either way.

We also advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Our pages load Meta's advertising pixel, which sets cookies in your browser and reports visits, orders and consultation requests back to Meta. When an order is paid, our server additionally reports that order to Meta directly, and that report includes your email address in one-way hashed form (SHA-256) so Meta can tell whether the buyer was someone who saw one of our ads. A consultation request is reported from your browser only, and carries no email address in any form - hashed or otherwise. We never send Meta your email address in readable form, and we never send it your order contents, your list configuration, or any file you upload. You can manage this at accountscenter.facebook.com/ads, and a standard content blocker stops the browser pixel - the site works normally either way.

Emails we send

Transactional only: order confirmation, delivery, issues with your order, and - if you asked us to book a call - one email to arrange a time. No marketing lists, and nothing you did not ask for.

Third parties we rely on

Cloudflare (hosting, file storage and transactional email), PayPal (payments), Google (advertising measurement), Meta (advertising measurement), Microsoft (Clarity - usage analytics and session replay), and our data-processing infrastructure. Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.

Removal requests

If you are a business owner and want your listing excluded from future LeadProof deliveries, email support@leadproof.co and we will add you to our permanent exclusion list.
