Turn your service area into a focused prospect list

Start from the area your team covers, then pick the kinds of premises you can serve. We build the list, verify the emails, and exclude your existing accounts.

Geography first, category second

Commercial services are constrained by drive time before anything else. A cleaning, security, maintenance or supply business cares about every viable premise inside its area, not about one industry across a country.

So the order is built the other way round from most: set the geography to your actual coverage, then select the premise categories your crews can serve. Several categories in one order is the normal case here, not an edge case.

The review bar behaves differently for you

For most buyers a high review count is a quality signal. For commercial services it is mostly a consumer-visibility signal, and plenty of excellent accounts — warehouses, light industrial units, professional offices — have almost no Google reviews because no consumer ever reviews them.

Setting the bar low is usually correct here. It is why this page's preset starts with no review filter, unlike the others.

Boundaries and what they actually follow

Locations resolve to whatever Google Maps recognises: a city, a metro, a region, a country. They do not follow a radius from your depot or a custom polygon.

In practice you name the towns and cities you cover. Up to twenty per order, which covers most single-crew territories in one go.

Excluding who you already serve

Upload your customer and past-prospect export and it is excluded on email, business domain and phone. For commercial accounts the phone match earns its place — plenty of long-standing customers were never captured with an email address at all.

Discovery, not intent

  • A LeadProof list says a business exists, is reachable, and matches your filters. It does not say the business is shopping, hiring, or dissatisfied with its current supplier. We sell no intent signal and no technographic data, and any page implying otherwise is wrong. Observed 2026-08-02.
  • A business with no website almost never yields a verifiable email, because the address is discovered by reading the business's own site. Categories and countries where businesses operate from a social page alone will fill more slowly, or not to the full quantity. Observed 2026-07-27.

Questions

Can I target several business types in one service area?
Yes, and for commercial services it is the usual pattern. Multiple categories and up to twenty locations per order.
Does LeadProof show which businesses currently need my service?
No. It shows which businesses exist, match your filters and are reachable.
Can I exclude current customers?
Yes, by uploading a CSV export. Matching is on email, business domain and phone.
Can the list follow city, region or country boundaries?
Any boundary Google Maps resolves. Not a custom radius or drawn polygon.
Are chain locations delivered separately?
Yes, one row per listed location.
What about businesses with no website?
They rarely yield a verifiable email, because the address is found on the business's own site. Expect them to be largely absent from the file.
