Map employer accounts in your recruiting specialty
Pick the employer category and the market, exclude the clients you already have, and get a list of local employer establishments to develop. This is business development data, not candidate data.
Employer accounts, not candidates
Two things a recruiter buys get confused constantly, so to be unambiguous: this is a list of employers to sell your services to. It contains no candidates, no CVs, and no individual professionals.
For a desk built on dental practices, veterinary clinics, garages or skilled trades, the employer market is a finite set of local establishments — exactly the shape this product handles.
The hiring-intent question, answered honestly
We cannot tell you which employers have open roles. Nothing in a public business listing carries that signal, and a vendor claiming to derive it from this kind of data is guessing.
What a complete, verified employer map gives you is coverage: every establishment in your specialty and metro, so your outreach is systematic rather than whoever you happened to hear about.
- A LeadProof list says a business exists, is reachable, and matches your filters. It does not say the business is shopping, hiring, or dissatisfied with its current supplier. We sell no intent signal and no technographic data, and any page implying otherwise is wrong. Observed 2026-08-02.
Specialty and metro targeting
Employer category plus location. Recruiting specialties map unusually well onto Maps categories, because the employers are physical establishments with listings — clinics, workshops, salons, practices, depots.
The review bar is worth setting low here. A busy employer with hiring needs is not necessarily one with a rich consumer review profile.
Excluding existing clients
Upload your client and prospect export and it is excluded on email, business domain and phone. Domain matching matters especially on a recruiting desk, where the same employer is often held under several contact records.
Establishments and chains
One row per listed location. A multi-site employer group appears as its individual sites, which is usually what a recruiter wants, since hiring happens at the site.
- We deliver the business's published contact address, not a named individual's direct line or personal inbox. If your outreach depends on reaching a specific person by name, this is the wrong product. Observed 2026-08-02.
Questions
- Does LeadProof provide candidate data?
- No. Employer accounts only — no candidates, no CVs, no individuals.
- Does every employer in the list have open jobs?
- No, and we make no hiring-intent claim. The list is complete employer coverage for your specialty and market.
- Can I exclude existing recruiting clients?
- Yes, by uploading a CSV export. Matching is on email, business domain and phone.
- Can I target dental, veterinary, automotive or skilled-trade employers?
- Yes. Those categories are local establishments with listings, which is the case this handles best.
- How are employers with several sites handled?
- One row per listed location.
- Can I order another metro later?
- Yes. Include the first build in your suppression file and the second will be net-new against it.
