Net-new account coverage for your vertical

Define the local-business category and the territory, then upload what is already in your CRM. What comes back is the part of the market you have not touched.

Territory coverage without another broad database

Vertical SaaS has a bounded market: every dental practice, every auto shop, every studio of a certain kind in a certain place. The question is not who they are but which ones you have not reached, and a horizontal database is a poor tool for that because it was never scoped to your vertical.

Building the list to your category and territory, then subtracting your CRM, answers the coverage question directly.

Suppression is the feature, not an add-on

Net-new only means anything if the subtraction is trustworthy. Yours is matched on email, business domain and phone, and if the export cannot be read the build stops rather than delivering possible duplicates.

Consumer mail domains are deliberately never used as domain exclusions — one account of yours on a Gmail address would otherwise wipe out every Gmail-hosted business in the territory.

On 2026-07-26 we built a 10-lead local business list in a US metro with a 50+ Google review bar, and delivered 10 of 10.

Establishments, not corporate entities

A row is a location with a listing. A chain appears as its individual branches, each with its own address and contact details, because that is how the source data is structured.

If you need parent-company rollups, ownership graphs or headcount, this is the wrong product and you should buy a company database instead.

What this cannot tell you

  • A LeadProof list says a business exists, is reachable, and matches your filters. It does not say the business is shopping, hiring, or dissatisfied with its current supplier. We sell no intent signal and no technographic data, and any page implying otherwise is wrong. Observed 2026-08-02.
  • We deliver the business's published contact address, not a named individual's direct line or personal inbox. If your outreach depends on reaching a specific person by name, this is the wrong product. Observed 2026-08-02.

A territory build

Two metros in one order, which is the shape most territory expansions take.

On 2026-07-23 we built a 20-lead HVAC contractor list in Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX with a 50+ Google review bar, and delivered 20 of 20, finishing in 108 seconds.

Questions

Can LeadProof exclude accounts already in HubSpot or Salesforce?
Yes. Export them to CSV and upload it at checkout; matches on email, business domain and phone are excluded. We do not connect to the CRM directly.
Does LeadProof identify companies currently shopping for software?
No. We sell no intent or technographic signal, and we would rather say so than imply a capability we do not have.
Can I target one vertical nationwide?
Up to twenty locations per order, so a nationwide build is usually several orders by region rather than one.
How are multi-location companies handled?
As separate establishments, one row per listed location.
Is this an alternative to a broad B2B database?
For local-business categories with a Maps presence, yes. For enterprise contacts, org charts or technographics, no.
Can I refresh a territory later for net-new only?
Yes — reorder with an updated export including everything from the first build, and the second file will be net-new against it.
